The Herzliya Native Planning and Constructing Committee has authorized for deposit a plan promoted by Ackerstein Group (TASE: ACKR) by which Beit Ackerstein will likely be demolished and changed by a mixed-use 30-floor tower with flats, places of work and industrial area.
Beit Ackerstein is on the northern entrance to the Herzliya Pituah industrial zone between Medinat Hayehudim Road and Hameda Road adjoining to the Coastal Freeway (Highway 2). The present constructing has simply 5 flooring with 5,500 sq. meters of area. The brand new tower will likely be constructed on a 2,360 sq. meter lot.
