HCLSoftware, the software program enterprise division of Indian IT providers big HCLTech, stated on Friday it’s buying Zeenea, a Paris-based agency offering information catalog and governance options, for Euro 24 million (round Rs 218 crore).
The acquisition is anticipated to shut in September 2024.
HCLSoftware stated the acquisition will strengthen its information and analytics enterprise referred to as Actian. HCLSoftware stated Actian has seen sturdy development in hybrid information administration and integration in the previous few years.
